The 30 year Cognac comes from the Fine Bois at a very attractive price point and a robust 52.9% ABV. It's rare to see Cognac bottled at such high ABVs, especially with so much age and after tasting this smooth yet powerful spirit, you'll really wonder why this doesn't happen more often! Distilled in 1991 and bottled in 2021.
