Brewer's Notes: Barrel-Aged Porter. This barrel-aged sour is aged for 12-months in used Petite Sirah barrels. Dry and light in body with rich roasted malt notes of chocolate and coffee, and subtle fruit aromatics imparted by the wine barrels. This beer has a crisp mouthfeel, lively carbonation and a mildly tart finish.
