Named for Francis Ford-Coppola's maternal grandfather, Francesco Pennino, this Zinfandel is made from the very first vines planted at the estate. This is the inaugural vintage of this homage to Coppola's heritage. According to the winery, this Zin displays "a concentrated nose of fresh boysenberry and raspberry fruit along with vanillin and mocha notes mingling with nuances of clove and nutmeg spices.
