This stunning Charanda from Uruapan is distilled from 100% fresh-pressed cane. It's softer and a touch less funky than many of its Caribbean cousins, but it is one of the best examples of the texture, depth of flavor, and nuance available from cane spirit. It has a lovely, fresh-baked bread quality to it and is terrific on its own or cocktails.
