2014 Cibonne "Tentations" Côtes de Provence Rosé
Review Date: 08/2015
A classic bottle of Provence rosé from one of the region's best producers, and it's a steal at under $20. Truly reflective of its terroir and varietal composition, the "Tentations" presents pretty floral aromatics up-front that persist on the palate along with dried cranberries, nectarine, and stony minerality. The refreshing acidity is coupled with very fine integration and structure, making for perhaps the perfect rosé of the summer. Enjoy with everything from barbecue chicken to the finest of French cheeses.

Notes
This wine is a blend of Cinsault, Grenache and Tibouren and is sourced from vineyards surrounding Clos Cibonne's property. All grapes are grown on clay and schist soils providing expressive floral and mineral notes. Cibonne has been around since 1797, and since a renovation in the 1990s, has been producing wines of unique character and complexity. 12.5% abv.
