Apple blossom and minty. Dry, but gentle thanks to the soft bubbles. More tingling than fizzing. Green apples, pomelo pith and peel, chicory leaf and a tiny hint of nectarine. Mauzac stripped bare. I'd love to try this with cockles! (TC)

Of all the Antech wines, this is the cultiest and possibly my favorite. Not everyone is drawn to this for its bright brined apple, crispy jicama and crunchy pear flavors. I am though, because this is the ultimate aperitif sparkler. So crisp and racy, this is the goods. Serve it with fresh shucked oysters, crab salad, or maybe a little uni,

Guilt-free bubbles for any occasion - from celebratory dinner to average Wednesday night - the Blanquette presents possibly the best value in sparkling wine. Perfectly crisp and refreshingly light, it pairs with virtually any hors d'oeuvres or light proteins, and it's equally as pleasurable to simply sip on its own. With flavors of fresh apple, subtle lime skin, and a finish that leaves you thirsting for more, it's the sort of wine to buy by the case and open liberally. Santé!

This wine is awesome! Herbaceous on the front of the palate, with a light salinity and minerality that makes you want some oysters in front of you. Finished with notes of pineapple, orange zest, and tropical fruits!

Notes

Antech's Brut Nature is produced with no added dosage, which translates to a super clean and crisp glass of bubbly. It is composed of 90% Mauzac, 5% Chenin Blanc, and 5% Chardonnay. All harvesting is done by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel, and the wine undergoes a 12-month elevage on the lees, à la méthode traditionelle, before being disgorged. The brut nature is the perfect way to start off any evening's festivities. Its fresh and crisp apple-pear flavors will pair beautifully with a wide range of finger foods and pre-dinner snacks. What a value, too!
